Shipping and Returns

What are the shipping costs?

Packages for France and the United States are delivered to your home via LaPoste. More information on the shipping costs can be found here: https://www.laposte.fr/tarifs-postaux-colis

Delivery time

If the items are in stock, the following generally applies:

• Via LaPoste:  ordered before 4pm, delivered within 8 to 12 days.

 

Packages are made and shipped 7 days a week. If you order during the weekend, your order will usually be processed on Monday. You can always track your package via the Track & Trace code that we send to you.

We do not ship orders on French holidays.

Please note: as soon as we transfer the package to the carrier, you will receive a Track & Trace code, this is the sign that the package has left us. Deliveries can be delayed due to busy periods. We have little control over this and we count on your understanding if your package is a little later.

Is your package late or did you not receive a Track & Trace code? Please contact hairbodybeautybyj@gmail.com and we will inform you as soon as possible. We always find a suitable solution!

Return

Given the nature and quality of the product and packaging, we do not do returns. If you are not satisfied (incorrect delivery, transport damage), please contact us and we will solve your problem or complaint!

PLEASE NOTE: Products for which the seal has been broken (opened) are excluded from the right of return and right of withdrawal.

Exchange product?

Do you want to exchange your product? That's no problem at all. You can contact hairbodybeautybyj@gmail.com for this, but you will bear the costs of returning the product yourself.

I provided an incorrect delivery address

Accidentally provided the wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the online store are at your own expense. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to us with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you can contact us at hairbodybeautybyj@gmail.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
